Look What Followed Me Home From the Bike Shop

That one is mine.
Here is a professional shot of the same bike

Anyway you look at it - it's hot! I had a fitting - it feels good... oh so good. I just wish it would quit raining so I could ride it.
Specs can be found here if you are so inclined.

Oooooh! Aaaaaaah!
That's not fair. The last thing that followed me home from a bike shop (many years ago) was a cat. :)

Awesome! Especially that it fits and feels good! Sounds like you really made the right call.

Wow! Pretty! (I love Specialized bike stuff!) You are going to fly up those hills now! Mine came in and I am going for my fitting next Monday....
Those hills at Wildflower will seem like mere bumps in the road once we get on our trusty thoroughbreds!
(Does she have a name???)
What kind of pedals did you get?

she's pretty, mom! greek people do this thing - where they kind of spit on new things, its not really spitting, it's more like a gesture to ward off the evil.. so, ptew - ride her in good health. oh yea, we're a superstitious bunch...

Beautiful bike. Congratulations! I hope you have many happy years together.
I'm curious why you didn't get a triple. I'm under the impression they help you get up hills easier; am I wrong? I ask because I'm researching for a bike of my own.
Posted by: Dori | February 13, 2007 9:24 PM
Er, never mind. I see you did get the triple.

I'm so glad you found the bike that makes you smile!
It's the best feeling :)
Enjoy!
