i know i'll get nasty comments from my friends in canada and the northeast part of the country, but here goes anyway. it's been raining crazy heavy for the past few weeks, and while i LOVE the rain, it creates stress when driving, causes some serious damage and loss of life and drives critters that belong outside, inside.
well, after almost two weeks of what seemed like constant rain, the cold front finally moved in. sunset last night was beautiful, with huge, photogenic clouds, and i woke to completely clear skies this morning. it was a cool 40 degrees this morning. as much as i love liquid sunshine, it sure was nice to see the mountains back lit by the coming dawn as i drove into work this morning.
