(Though we're hitting one of the sections of year when there is absolutely no better place to be than New England; the other being fall)
Posted by: jank at May 4, 2005 12:43 PMHey I somehow stumbled on your blog. Very amusing. I am a runner- struggling with first time ITB syndrome- two weeks away from the COuntry Music Marathon in Nashville. Saw you writing about "checking your form" and found you "dodging" ITB issues. Just curious- if you had some helpful tips on "form". I have been doing PT, stretches, rest, ice etc etc etc and I went out running today and had pain. Im just wanting to have this great run. And Im sitting here wondering what to do....
If you have a tip or advice- Im all ears.
Thanks for the good read.
