Monday - off
Tuesday - Speedwork 4 x 1000m (200 rest)
Wednesday - 3 miles easy - sore ankles
Thursday - 5 miles tempo
Friday - off
Saturday - 4 miles
Sunday - 9 miles
I was more focused this week on getting the runs in. The ankle injury reappeared this week, rest didn't seem to work so I will try and run it away.
