Wednesday - 3 miles easy
Thursday - 5 miles
Friday - off
Saturday - 3 miles easy - cross trained at gym instead
Sunday - 16 miles
Great week of running, this is the first week that I actually feel the training paying off. The weather has cooled which has made a huge difference to how I feel and breathing.
