Monday - off
Tuesday - 6 x 800 or 5 x 1 mile
Wednesday - 3 miles easy ... not so easy
Thursday - 7 miles
Friday - off
Saturday - 3 miles easy
Sunday - 16 miles
Week 13 was tough, my legs are tired. I had a delayed reaction to the 20 miler last sunday, speedwork on Tuesday was good. Wednesdays run was tough and Thursday was pathetic, even on Saturday after a day off I wasn't feeling 100%. I have a feeling I will feel tired now until Chicago!

5 weeks?! Wowsers...and are you counting down to "taper time" :-)
