Tuesday - 3 grass fartlek loops
Wednesday - 3 miles easy ... 4 miles
Thursday - 6 miles (2 miles)
Friday - 4 miles
Saturday - 3 miles easy (12 miles)
Sunday - 4 miles
Lots of changes to this weeks original plan, plus I did some extra, not much but I ended up running 6 our of 7 days ... which I can feel!
