what you are about to read is high distrubing. it will shock you.

Previously this blog has been used to inspire elite athletes, entertain those with not much else to do, fuel my own ego. Well not any more! Starting today this blog will take you on the journey of one mans attempt not to gamble for 365 days.

I agreed to help him. However, we are now 27 minutes into Rocky III, we've watched I and II. He looks very comfortable on my couch ... I'm hoping and praying they haven't made a Rocky IV or V.
