Read your previous post on "glaring at your knee" I can tell you that glaring, swearing and threatening does not help...sigh. I tried all those with my plantar facitis! It stood firm on its belief that is should cause me pain! And it tooks its sweet time healing and every once in awhile it has to flare up to remind me who is boss. Blah to elliptical, blah to swimming, blah to bike!!!!I missed some of the best fall days because of my stupid foot and ankle! Hope you are making recovery!!!
