oh my butttttttt...
my ASS. is SORE.
seriously? SERIOUSLY??!!! my outter butt is just NOT happy with me today. NOT. HAPPY.
and my coach is some kind of masochist...i really think this falls under the category of premeditated murder.. my coach is trying to slowly, painfully, kill me.
im convinced of it.
he had LUNGES on the schedule today.
LUNGES. people PLEASE!!
forget the rest of my legs and how tired they are......... my butt. is. sore.

I love that sore butt feeling. It reminds me how much I use those butt muscles and that my butt is so much more than just an oversized cushion at the top of my legs. :)

Just your body’s way of getting back at you for showing your true grit and doing all those hill repeats. Who knows you might start to like the pain a little bit like the rest of us crazies. :)

One word, PLYOMETRICS. Lunges and other plyometrics are good for strength.I read an article about two brothers running their first marathon. One used the Galloway method (run, run, run, walk. run, run, run, walk). The other followed a regimen of running with lots of core body strength training. Strength training won out.

Yeah, sore butt means soon to be less butt! Not that I'm saying your butt needs to be smaller since I've never seen it but, you know, as girls our butts are always too big ;)
