photos
more photos can be found here if you're at all interested!
if not, i've randomly selected the above scenes for your visual pleasure. ranging from the Top Gun piano scene barbecue joint... the setting sun.... my dear friend Ani and i in Old Town and, last but not least, my new BFF Nic, and i, post-marathon.
other RBF meet-up type photos can be found at the above link, as well as other photos of my weekend in San Diego.
i know, i know. there are stories to tell... and race reports to be written. but for now, i'm covered in greasy oily just-back-from-a-massage grime and although there is indeed much to write, i'm to bed.
this chick needs sleep.
enjoy!

Is that red shirt friend from the video? You've both grown up nicely.

Hey there,Just read your post over on raceathlete.com... um, you wanted some advice about how to make your "area" (that's what me and friends call it:) not hurt? First things first, definitely invest in some padded shorts if you haven't already. Also, buy some chamois butter. I swear by Assos Chamois Creme. Yes it's really called that. Beware, when you first put it on it feels... icy! But trust me it's a lifesaver. Or areasaver, I should say. And finally, get a women's specific saddle. I ride a Specialized Dolce Elite (women's specific bike) and the saddle that came on that bike is freakin' amazing. And there ya have it, a few little tips to keep your hmmm hmmm/area happy!

Dude, I don't get why that guy hit on Ani and not US! We're HOT.Is it wierd that I miss you already?Bay to Breakers '07. I hope you're "training" for it... I trained all day at my company off-site today. It's tough drinking in the California sun, but I think you'll be able to handle it. ;)
