That's an okay speed. That's faster than I went my first few rides. You went the distance! You need an ice bath and a nap, that's all.

lil miss biker shorts!

BOOYAH!!

we've claimed another!!!

you spent more time on your bike this morning than i have this month.

rock on, soldier.

WOW!!!! and THEN you went to a wedding??? Now that's hardcore! you done good!

That is NOT bad for your first long ride! They will get way easier. I think my first long ride was 35 miles and I could barely manage a speed of 13. I think I slept for 3 days after it, too.

Holy sh*t! I would need more than just a wheelchair! Nice job though!

My first ride was a hilly 36 miles. I made 30 and had to be rescued. Thought I would never ride again.

Now, I am the trigreyhound.

Prepare to be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Kansas is flat! It just has eternal headwinds and nothingness

You. Are. Amazing.

This comes from someone who would never in a million years even CARE to attemtp something like that. So while the rest of your peeps do this all the time...to me...that's just unREAL and I just want to raise my hand and say "Holy freak'n cow - you're awesome!"

You will find it flat soon enough. We need to send you back to Colorado and ride up those hills!

if it weren't hilly, what fun would it be?

You Rock, Chica! Way to go.

Rock! Out! Girl!

The best part will be when you BLOW through that ride again next spring and wonder what was so hard about it? :)

Not sad by any means. The fact you saddled up and went out for 3+ hours is more than I can say for myself.

I think a century ride might be in your future!

Hang in there! It will come back in time.
