no flour.
swiss cheese is so good its ridiculous.
omg. love the stuff. i can't stop eating it. yummy.
anyway..
so i'm trying this new thing. with food.
its my new game.
what's the game? the game is... don't eat anything with flour in it for a week.
i thought of it in the car on the way home from st. louis christmas.
i was bored. obviously.
anyway. today is day two. i've been eating lots of cheese, deli meat, fruit and veggies.
i really need to invest in a life. i'm entirely too entertained by this.

It's the simple pleasures that give the most satisfaction. Eating whole foods by themselves allows us to enjoy it more when they are combined in good recipes.

Cheese is by far the greatest invention ever. I could live on cheese alone. And wine.

Good luck!
that's a lot harder than giving up sugar! and i've replaced sugar with cheese, too.
strange, that.

You should try Jarlsberg cheese...it's pretty good too. Swiss is my second favorite.

I gave up hydrogenated oils last year, and that nixed any plans I ever had of eating flour again...it also cut out all the "bad" chocolate (if there is such thing) and numerous other products I always felt guilty about. A year later, and I don't miss the stuff one bit.
Now, it's on to high fructose corn syrup...much harder to kick as it is in EVERYTHING!
Good luck on 86ing the flour.
