Have fun in Denver. I totally envy you. **sigh**
I have NO clue what I want to give up for Lent. I have been VERY bad about for the last three years.

I am trying to figure out what to give up for Lent also. More inclined to give up something not to difficult. Did chocolate last year and about died.
I need my pasta and flour, hmm, send me some suggestions.

I was wondering myself how you give up flour...isn't flour in a LOT of the things we athletes need??? Anyway, I've gone with giving up ice cream, which is difficult but not totally over the top...but I'm almost thinking I should go a step further this year...don't know that I could do chocolate...maybe cake...but then there are a couple of birthdays that got me last year!!

I hope your trip to CO was fun and exiting! Question for ya... how do you give up flour? Isn't there a lot of food with flour in it? What do you eat then? Just curious!
