i mean really. seems a little overboard on the cardio side to me, don'cha think?!?! jeez....

For you I will move the C2 ergometers outside. You can wear your shades too.

I checked your birthday. I was right. I was king of the triathlon while you were with the other first graders playing four square.

At least you don't have to do 30 handstand push-ups after the 400s!

That sounds like one of those "I threw up a little in my mouth" moments. Good thing you're tough.

If you want a serious cardio challenge, try joggling (running while juggling)!

You're so lucky! When I did Crossfit, we hardly ever did cardio...it was all olympic weightlifting... which is just plain silly! all this $hite will help you with your triathlon training! now get your ass on the Concept II rowing machine!

what's that saying? Pain is just weakness leaving the body? Or as I like to say: Pain sucks!
