i love to run!
ok. that might be a slight exaggeration.
depending on the day that could be a down right lie.
but last night... it was a true statement.
i have no stats, because i was without a watch, but i'm pretty sure i was hauling ass.
in between all my stops to walk.
which is pretty much how it goes when your me, but last night... it was fun.
and if thats what training for this half will be like... that is okay by me!

Sounds like an epiphany workout to me. Way to go! I could use one of those right about now, I'm low on steam.
Run!

I love those kind of workouts. It is the only thing that gets me through the rough ones.

Well, if you love running so much, why don't you name yourself after it? Oh wait...
I agree. Even though I've come to really like cycling (and even swimming!), running still remains my first love (that is, when I'm not friggin' injured from running!). It's so simple and pure, and when you have a good run, there's no better blissful feeling.

Follow up: Out of curiosity, why are you a ghost in your new banner?
(cue theme from Ghost) "Oh, my love, my darling, I've hungered for your touch a long, lonely time..."

How true! I said the same thing after last nights run! And I too have been walking during the runs, but still pushing it! I swear that there is nothing better than the feeling of legs after a nice run.
Runner's high... oh yeah it exists.
I am super excited for my 4 miler tonight. It is cooler out so that is a bonus!!!!
My motto is that the day the run stops being fun, is the day that I have lost sight of my goals.
Keep on kicking some butt girl! You are my hero!
