water stop girl.... IS BACK!
that's right fellow blogging type personalities.. WSG is here. and she's ready to save the day.
the kc marathon is this weekend and I SHALL BE, along with some of my bestest KCM buddies, your giver of all things liquid come race day!
so for those of you running KC saturday... when you're nearing your half-way point. when you can feel the pull of that glorious 13th mile...
look for me! i will be the one double fisting electrolytes towards your face, while screaming at you to RUN FASTER, oh running one. GO GO and GO!
kc multisport is helping man the 13th mile stopping for water station and that means YOU. plus ME. equals SODIUM REPLACEMENT!

I remember your water stop last year and I LOVED it.
I may be doing the half (pulled out of Nike), but not quite sure. Either way, I heart the KC Marathon and ALL the volunteers!
