a good 90 minutes
i just ran for 60 minutes, swam for 20 and sat in the sauna for 10.
if that's not a fun way to spend 90 minutes, then i don't know what is.
and by the way... sculling?!
HA!!! i lasted exactly one lap and promptly decided that that was the stupidest thing i have ever done. as a way to spend 20 minutes in a pool.. i don't suggest it.
however, as a way to sculp/torture the arms...
i'd say it ranks right up there around highly effective.
highly.
which of course is why i look forward to doing it again in the near future.
i'm a masochist that way.. what can i say?!

Sculling also great for working on stroke technique!

Great workout! For sculling, consider doing one length sculling and then swim back. I usually do 100 yards of this, for a total of 50 sculling.
Are you moving through the three sculling positions, or trying to maintain one position the whole way?

Run and swim and sauna, that's better than throwing biking in there...Sculling huh...I haven't done that in forever, I think I remember what it is...good for sculpting arms...I might have to try it!
