day one of the new year.
well folks, January 1 is upon us. and after spending some time looking back on the old, i think its high time to bring in the new.
i don't have any resolutions to report. no major changes in my daily life, no habits to kill or hobbies to pick up... all i have is a new and unwavering commitment to myself. to demand the best of me, for me, and to stop letting anything less be enough to get by.
be it my job, my relationships, my nutrition.. my life.. today is the day i stand up for me.
today is the day that starts my new year.
