the pants/race report... week 3 and 4
in last weekend's hullabaloo i sorta forgot about the pants report, so today i'll sum up the last two weeks in numbers instead!
swim: 5400 yards
run: 16.14 miles
bike: 5:40 hours
yoga: 1.5 hours
crossfit: 2.5 hours
and...
ONE adventure race!!! which i executively decided counted as this weekend's long run/ride, since it took us just under 4 hours to complete!!
and, because its my blog and i brag whenever i can...
i thought i'd just go ahead and mention that..
our team... was the only all girl team to FINISH!!!! hollah!!
and.. just cuz we're all so stinkin' cute, here's another!
go us!
oooh. and because no pics = didn't happen...
orienteering. which it turns out i'm a freakin' professional at:
riding off for the mountain biking portion. first ever time on a mountain bike:
for future reference, it might behoove anyone planning on doing an adventure race to maybe get some mtn. biking experience in beforehand. while i don't typically like to think of myself as a girly girl... turns out i'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to looking down over a rocky/icey single track and hauling ass towards a ravine.
