week'o'sparta

m'kay. so last week i took runner susan up on her sparta challenge and although i did forget to photograph my food a few times...

this is, roughly, what 5 or 6 days worth of food looks like for me.

so yeah...

first of all.. i do a lot of eating in the car. and my kitchen counter.

second.. i do a LOT of snacking (i pretty much eat ever 2-3 hours. because yes in fact... i am a pig.)

third... i didn't photograph EVERY single zone bar that went in my mouth.. hence some duplicate photos.

and, i definitely forgot all about picture taking when i went out.

... er... "out".

so... what's missing is...

Turkey Taco Tuesday (girls night)... where i ate like 3 turkey tacos, chips and salsa.
aaaand Mr. Goodcents Subs and Pasta...

where i ate, as i do at least once a week... a half tuna on wheat, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and banana peppers... and yes. i combo it up.

with cheetos and a coke!

other than that (and anything else i'm now forgetting. i'm sure there's something)... you're more or less looking at an average week.

so there ya go.

oh my god, that's not very much. i eat like a way whole lot more than you. which is the reason i am way much bigger than you. but what you are eating looks good to me though.

Altoids! Gees, I wouldn't even remember that I ate them, let alone count them as food :-)

Thank you for making me feel better about my own crappy eating habits. Last night for dinner I had 1.5 flat breads with dry cheese, a bag of cut up butternut squash roasted and topped with some mango chutney and a container of yogurt. I know! lame...

and by 'lame' I mean that I never make a meal. I guess the food is okay but eating like that is not good because I am not paying attention to volume. That's the problem.

this looks awesome. i think i'd be scared to document my food intake in such a manner.

The food looks good and eat nt to much.And Coke is a lot off suker but by a marathon it is oké :-).
