Only J-Lo would keep a shirt tied around her waist. Dude, I was worried it was going to get caught and she'd go flying off her bike.

I know Sarah! Isn't there some rule about not being able to call yourself a triathlete if you wear big fashion sunglasses or ride with a jacket tied around your waist? Especially on a carbon bike?

C'mon J-lo. You let me down.

BOOTY!

I love it that J-Lo is doing this and I virtually spit on everyone who is putting her down for it. I think we all know that training for and racing a triathlon is hard work and jacket tied around her waist or not she's doing it.

AND - she rides a Specialized. She gets bonus points for that.

LAME! and LOSER!
What's worse is that the editor of Self (the worst women's fitness mag ever) is kissing J-Lo's booty - calling her the best athlete ever is ludacrious!

I hope J-Lo falls on her face - or worse, DNFs. ;)

I love that video! Yea J-LO! I loved the sunglasses. She looked so amazing out there. An 8 mile ride and 2 mile run?!? She did great!

Seriously with the badonkadonk on that one, I bet she could be a kickass cyclist... (at least that is what I have decided my a$$ is useful for...)

Isn't her trainer useful enough to tell her to ditch the jacket around her waist on the BIKE. Couldn't she just tell the camera man to back off from behind? Race photos should be interesting. We all know she just had twins- let it all hang out!

She did great work!!.
Groet Rinus.

people, don't be haters!

i think that's awesome, as is the fact that she's riding MY bike!

i'm sure i look just as ridic.

we all gotta start somewhere. GOOD FOR HER.

OK, so, like JLo needs another boost to that booty? For the love of God, where does it end? Will she keep going until it is enshrined and I will lose ALL my sleep over it?

Is it wrong that all I cared about was trying to see what kind of bike she's riding?

I do think it's cool she's getting out there after having twins, but I think it's a lot more inspirational when normal people who can't afford nannies for their twins and personal trainers for their post-pregnancy bodies take on a tri.
