I can't stop
Eating! Sweets, carbs – last night’s dinner was a rice burrito followed with rice-topped toast. Dessert was three servings of fat-free (loaded with full-fat chocolate and mint chips) brownies with whipped cream. All day long, all I want to do is eat. Bagels, hummus, peppermint patties, Ben & Jerry’s low-fat frozen yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, chex mix, low-fat frozen pizza and I CRAVE Starbucks grande nonfat mochas. More, More, MORE!!!!!!!
Of course, this is leading to gallbladder trauma. No matter how low-fat I keep my diet, by eating this much, the fat is adding up. Plus, just having that amount of food in my system hurts my gallbladder as well. I don’t want to run, I just want to eat.
Too much!

Hmm, are we hiding something from the running/blogging community?:) I love to eat too, and I don't watch for fat-free when I splurge. I do make an effort to eat the good stuff, but it is boring...however my coach (and common sense) tell me to drop at least 5 lbs to perform better. Life sucks!

You're making me hungry. And this is after Olga tells me I need to cut out all my normal food staples that I am so used to eating if I want to lose weight. Feb. 4th is getting closer. It is the 4th right?

You say what I sometimes think but I don't dare say it. Especially after I have a good run I become the eating-monster. Maybe that is why I have problems losing the last kilos :-)

I've been looking through your archives...you have come so far! You deserve this taper. Listen to your body...it prolly needs *something* if you're craving carbs so badly...but be careful...don't want you to end up in pain.

Oh, no, not hiding anything :)Yes, definitely the 4th - ack! Too soon!Eating-monster...yep, that's been me (thank goodness it's starting to slow down).I do think my body must have been needing something...it is lessening now. Lessening is the key word - it's not gone yet!

Mmmmm, brownies sound so yummy!! I've been craving a lot of sweets lately, but when I have I try to do something else and say I can have it afterwards. By then I've usually talked myself out of it! Totally cheesy, but true! My goal is abs of steel this summer!!
