Too cute!I had a pet rat when I was in college. Shanie. :) She was so sweet. Domestic rats are actually very smart and fun. Much better than hamsters. That being said a huge one ran across my foot on the way to the library one night...I screamed. :)

I wish I could run across things like that on my runs. I get skunks instead. booo.we had a fire bellied newt in college. his name was steve, the suicidal newt, because he'd always walk off the side of our hands everytime we took him out of his bowl. R.I.P. Steve.

That little animal is too sweet!! I want one!! We had hamsters for years and years before we got Pippin. I always feel bad for the little mice in the store that get fed to the snakes. I like the name Dudley!
