Hey... on an unrelated note... I just read your story of how you got into running... You are absolutely correct. We have lots in common. I don't blog about it much, but I was diagnosed with disordered eating in 2004. Got a year and a half of professional counselling for it. Adding in fitness was the last piece of the recovery, so to speak.If I've learned one thing, it is that none of us is perfect... and life is far too short to worry about trying to make it so.Congrats on becoming an ultra runner. You have my utmost respect!
