Hey, be careful! Don't dive into it:) No, really, enjoy, but remember how healthy you had become with your life style. Sorry, but after spending a week visiting fast food joints, I am amazed with people shoving it in in amounts exceeding my weekly intake of food. I KNOW you are not one of those. But I love you and know how it is to be deprived of something.
Great to see that the surgery went well, and of course it was "not all in your head". Hell if you can run ultras a litte pain isn't going to phase you so if your gallbladder was bothering you, it was REALLY bothering you.
Glad you got the sucker out. Did you ever think of keeping it in a jar? :) jk

I hope you really enjoy the Taco Bell - but don't overindulge. You don't want to put the 70lbs back on, do you?
Actually, with all the running you're doing, I guess you can eat as many as you like.
