Snow! In Tucson!

OMG! It snowed this evening, and some of it actually stuck. I got pictures as it started to melt...

How cool. A palm tree in the snow, now that's a juxtaposition you don't see everyday.

Isn't it amazing and beautiful? The cacti covered in snow are amazing...although I am fearing for some of my plants that didn't manage to get covered.

Cool Cactus Man! Very unusual photos of a rare event.

Peace Out!

Cactus, palm and especially an ORANGE tree with snow - that's pretty amazing. Must have been very exciting for you Arizonians! Of course, here in Connecticut we got pretty excited about snow last week too, since it was the first time we got any this winter.

Are you serious? It snows in AZ? Hurrrrah!!

awe I remember seeing all of those cacti at the botanical gardens in Phoenix. So strange to see them in the snow!

neat photos!

My son called me last night to tell me the news. The pictures really make it real! I had to laugh at him, though because when he was home for X-mas he was whining about how cold it was here...no snow in the Bay Area, though!!!

Very pretty. But the 6" we have here is prettier.

cati under snow are the best!

I love the snow on the cactus!! Very neat photos!

WOW!

Pretty! Lucky you...my parents just got rain at their house.
