C2U: Week 10

Let's add two miles this week; your mid-week runs are 3, 3 & 3, with a long run of 8 for a total of 17 miles this week.

I'm wondering if anyone is finding value in these weekly posts?

I am. It keeps me focused, so that i know that i have to keep doing my miles and that i'm not alone doing it.

I am too!! I am focused on my half right now but after that is over I want to see if I can hang with your training. Thanks for doing it!!

My training is at a different level than your schedule. And running that Zane Grey is way to scary for me. I'm a couple years away from that race.
