las vegas marathon
race day dawned (haha) nice and chilly if not a tad windy. the first dawnie sighting was at mile 3 where she dropped off her long sleeved top and took off like a flash. I spotted her again at mile 6 where she looked great and even took a second to pose for the camera. i'm on the full marathon course now and won't report again until the finish. if the first half is any indication, she should have a great race!Posted by jeff at December 10, 2006 10:01 AM

Hurray, Dawn. It sounds like this marathon experience is off to a great start, and much different from your last (very HOT) marathon.

Sneaky sneaky Jeff. I only ran the half, not the full, but the second half went just as well, if not slightly better, than the first. Full report to come soon.
