At least I don't have a tennis ball ankle...

My ankle feels a little stiff today, but it doesn't hurt - I take this as a good sign, but try to move it around and warm it up during the day. Luckily there is nothing planned in the way of running today, which means I can rest it until tomorrow and see how it feels then. I'm sure its fine though.

The plan for next week :

DateMTWThFSaSu
19/09/2005 Run : 20'00"
Swim : 26'00"
Run : 26'00"
Bike 53'00"
Run : 20'00"
Swim : 35'00"
Run : 35'00"
Bike : 70'00"
Rest Swim : 44'00"
Bike : 88'00"
Run : 44'00"

sounds like you're taking care of it the right way. a little MICE (mobility, ice, compression and elevation) and it should be good as new. sounds like it was fun splashing, though, so the discomfort is worth it, eh?

Hi Karin! I found you from Jeff's page. Just wanted to pop my virtual head in the virtual door and say "Hi" and welcome to the blogging world.

Hope that ankle is doing better today.
