Ironman UK

On October the 1st, the entries open for Ironman UK. I'll probably need a reminder to enter :) I've been sitting, looking at the recommended training for Ironman and my knees started shaking just a little. I'm not sure whether what I feel is fear or excitement. Although I'm sure I'll be fine, it is still quite a daunting idea to do swimming, cycling and running for 12 hours or more. On one day.
