A quick post...

Yesterday evening no run took place. Instead I was inside, assembling my new trainer for the better part of 2 hours. Afterwards of course, I had to do a quick test on it, callibrate it and after that it was just about time for bed.

This morning when Andy left, he reminded me that I wanted to do a ride today, so after he had gone, I got up, tried to act awake and in my half dazed state got onto the bike. A few minutes later I was huffing and puffing and peddling my heart out. I enjoyed it - might just need a towel for the amount of sweat.

Tonight we're going for a run again - don't know whether we'll run at the gym or on the Cloud Trail, but I'm looking forward to it.

haha...your post and mine are next to eachother on the btt site. "the long entry" and "a quick post".

so, how's the new toy working out?

I have been looking at trainers for awhile but can't seem to land on one. How is this one working out - what do you and don't you like?
