Last night myself and Andy went to a yoga class, except that the class has changed and is now a pilates class. Nothing could have pleased me more. I love pilates! So for an hour we got to relax, work on aligning our spines, use our abdominals and have fun.
The instructor said that next week there'll be yoga on the Thursday, but from the following week it will become a permanent pilates class. I'm really really happy about this. I've been looking for a pilates class for ages.
Also, from next week, we'll alternate Fridays - one week we'll run, and the next week we'll go to a yoga class. I need a bit more flexibility. :) Tonight though, we're off to another run with the club - we've received the application forms to join!
