The weekend was good, although I haven't done any training in almost a week - apart from a lazy 8km mountain bike ride yesterday. This week it is full-steam ahead again though, and training will be more normal.
The weather is getting colder now. We had darkness and freezing temperatures this morning until about 7, after which the sun came up, but the temperatures stayed more or less the same. The central heating seemed to be off, although I checked, so maybe we'll have to check some of the radiators. One of these days I'll need a kick rather than a shove out of bed to get out and train.
I'm expecting my bike trainer to arrive this week - Andy ordered me one for those cold mornings during which I should go cycle, but feel too afraid to. The darkness scares me - I'm afraid I might be hit by a car or something.
