When Running Makes you Ill

Andy's ill :( He ran too hard last night and for the past day he's been lying in bed with really bad stomach cramps and a worse tummy. I feel so sorry for him, but at the same time there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.

I got home too late to go out for a run tonight - I'll join the running club again tomorrow evening and see how it goes.
