Holidays Have to End Too

We arrived back in England this morning at 6:20 and was home by 11, although I'm feeling a little off the weather - which makes a great excuse for reading blogs. I opened Bloglines and saw the 505 unread entries staring back at me and thought I'd better take a nap first.

After leaving Johannesburg last night in 24 degree weather, the shock of coming back to a very white area with degrees in the negative area, was much more pleasant than last year when I was greeted by -2 on Heathrow and a strange country at that stage. I felt like I was coming home this time. Absolutely wonderful. Right now I'm heading to the doctor, but when I come back, I'll write all about my holiday.
