No Pain!
The only thing on my mind this evening as I got on the treadmill at the gym was the fact that I didn't want to feel the slightest of twinges in my back while I was running. Tonight was the last night in "I give you a month to recover dear Back"-mode which started when I went down the stairs a month ago. Luckily for me, there was not even the slightest bit of pain. I went through the whole thing without so much as a ping of pain and 30 minutes later when I got off the treadmill, I had a huge smile on my sweating face.
I'll see how it feels tomorrow morning, but I think the massages have helped a lot and with Andy's help and a few more massages, any after-effects will soon be no more!
