Double Seeing Emergency
Tonight there was no rain. What makes this unusual is that it is the first evening in more than a week that the rain is not literally pouring down while I attempt doing some form of exercise.
Myself and Peg-Leg (direct all questions as to how my husband got this name to Jeff) went for a 40 minute run in the beautiful sunshine outside, listening to the birds happily chirping away - I assume they were just as happy as myself to see a few rays of golden sun - and the streams bubbling away, clean as the rain that has been falling.
Elsewhere in the country hundreds of people are still not in their houses because of the floods that have ravaged the country. Keep those folks in your prayers tonight. Its been a rough week and we have more rain forecast for the next few weeks :(
Until that falls though, I'll be happily running with some shorts on and not be bothered :)
