I went to bed too late last night and I'm paying for it this morning. Throw in the fact that I did a cycling session last night didn't exactly help with the sleepiness symptoms this morning either. I woke up at 7h20 and felt like I could sleep another few hours. I need to get to bed before 22h00 tonight, otherwise I might not be able to get up tomorrow morning.
The cycling session last night was really hard to complete - after weeks out of the game, I managed to finish the hour, but only after that I realised that I had forgotten that my cycling heartrate zones are lower than my running heartrate zones. I ended up staying in zone 2 for a fair bit longer than I should've. I'm not happy with that, but then again, I don't think I could've finished it within an hour in zone 1. I had a lot of music to help me through, but my heart just didn't want to stay down. At some stage it was over 170 for a few seconds. I really hope it gets better soon - I'd love to be able to cycle and run easily again.
