One view A lot of Blood After the shower
What is this?
My left knee. 30 minutes after I left home to go on a bike ride on the open roads that I fear so much due to the amount of really horrible people that drive on it.
And being knocked off my bike is definitely no fun. 
Not much more to say right now. I have a huge headache (thankfully I had a helmet on or I'd be posting pictures of my head from the hospital bed that I inevitably would've landed in), my leg is killing me and I want to go sit on the couch and feel sorry for myself right now.

Wow, that really sucks. I'm sorry. Did you get knocked off the road by a car? Hope you feel better...don't let this deter you from getting back on that bike!
