So What's up with Bloglines??
Is anyone else having trouble with Bloglines today? I tried to catch up on the lives of my favorite bloggers today and keep getting timeouts from Bloglines, blah!
I was just thinking to myself what a strange feeling it is to not really have a training plan in the moment. This is like the first time in three years that I don't have a big race on the horizon. I feel naked and very self-conscious.

Take a break. It's only hard at the beginning, you get used to it:)

Haven't checked in with bloglines today.
It is an odd feeling not having a training plan, or a race to prepare for. I'm very goal-oriented, so without a training plan, I find it hard to stay motivated!
I'm currently trying to figure out what training plan I should use over the winter to prep for a spring half, and possible marathon. I used Higdon's Novice marathon plan for my first mary, but I'm ready for something more substantial now. Sorting through all the opinions out there is interesting, to say the least.
Thanks for stopping by. :)

I switched to google reader. It can be buggy too, but seems more reliable overall (and I like the interface better.)
Enjoy your lack of a plan...but I'm sure you'll have one again soon. : )

Hey Jack!! I was out for a few days and missed commenting on your great race! Congrats!! That was an amazing time--and right where you wanted to be. Beautiful pictures, too. You are such a machine!!! Maybe it's good thing you don't have a training plan. Let your body rest:)

Take a week off and just enjoy running again. You deserve it. After my last PR (it was only a 10K), I spent the next week running 8 miles a day around my favorite loop ni town. Just ran for the fun of it with no objective in mind. It felt great.
Bloglines seems to working fine tonight.
