This week is turning out to be extremely busy, I probably won’t have quite as much time to blog as normal.
Last night it was already dark before I could run, but still managed to run 14K/8.7M in 1:19:00, a decent pace for running with a flashlight. I also did some extra callisthenics:
100 push-ups
60 sit-ups
40 squats (bodyweight)
50 jumping jacks
Well I have to work some more, have a good day!

I don't know how you succeed in running in the dark......and 14 km!!!!

We'll be waiting when you have time again! I know exactly what you mean - I'm having ups and downs in busy-ness that keep me from reading/writing like I used to. Hope you get some runs in despite the rush!

Great job with the running and the extra workouts as well. Rest up for that half-marathon.
Like the challenge...and understand the life being busy. I am not even sure when I'll attempt to post, I don't like to be too short and un-personal, but can't collect myself to think. Although I am trying to get back to reading blogs.
