I'm Still a Country Boy at Heart

If you have been reading my blog for a longer time you might have read that I was raised on a dairy farm in Central New York. A bit of country remains in my blood, mostly the desire to live a simple, self-sufficient life. I still have a dream of a few acres in the country, big garden, chickens running around - stuff like that. I came across a blog from a young lady that is well on her way to doing just that. Jenna Woginrich has not only blogged about her journey from college to a small homestead in Idaho to the Green Mountains of Vermont, but has also written a book which should hit the stands by Christmas. If you are interested in gardening, animals, or country crafts be sure to check out her blog - it's a good read!
